8 Mile Bike -  SEE MAP
Cyclists will take a right turn out of the Marine Stadium west onto the Rickenbacker Causeway up and over the Powell bridge.  Once at the bottom, participants will make a u-turn and do it again!  After that, you will continue down the causway, making a left turn down Virginia key.  A u-turn is made at the end of Virginia key, then a right turn back onto the causeway, then finally a right turn back into the Marine Stadium. This course is the favorite training ground of all local triathletes. Be ready to awe at the magnificence of Biscayne Bay as you ride through the causeway. All bike traffic will stay on the outbound lane of the causeway which will be closed to vehicular traffic.  Vehicular traffic will be diverted to the inbound lane.

3.25 mile Run -  SEE MAP
Athletes will run out and back along the very scenic and newly paved path that runs along the edge of the water with breathtaking Miami skyline views the entire way.  Participants will u-turn at the 1.65 mile mark and pass the waterstation at mile 1 on the way out and mile 2 on the way back.
